2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use CoinsDigger
• You must provide accurate registration information
• One account per person — multiple accounts are not allowed
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

3. Virtual Coins

Virtual coins on CoinsDigger are digital assets within our platform only:

• Virtual coins are not real cryptocurrencies and have no guaranteed real-world value
• Coin prices are determined by platform trading activity
• CoinsDigger does not guarantee any return on virtual coin investments
• Royalties are paid as per the fee structure of your subscription plan
• Resale ownership fees apply as shown in your plan details

4. Signal Groups

• Signal providers are independent users — not employees of CoinsDigger
• Signals are for informational purposes only — not financial advice
• Past signal performance does not guarantee future results
• CoinsDigger is not liable for trading losses based on signals
• Signal group operators must not mislead subscribers about performance

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled
• All fees (platform, royalty, resale) are clearly listed in your plan
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support within 7 days
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

6. Referral Program

• Referral commissions are paid as per your active subscription plan
• Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals will result in account termination
• CoinsDigger reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use bots, scripts, or automation to manipulate coin prices or trading volume
• Create fake accounts or engage in fraudulent activity
• Share misleading or false information in signal groups
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users. In case of termination, unused subscription fees may be refunded at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

CoinsDigger is provided "as is." We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, technical outages, or any indirect damages arising from platform use. Use the platform at your own risk.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
