Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Log in to your CoinsDigger account (web portal or mobile app).
2. Make sure your wallet balance is zero — withdraw any remaining funds from the Wallet page first. Accounts with a remaining balance cannot be deleted.
3. Go to Profile → Account, and click Request next to Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted. This action is immediate and cannot be undone.

What Data Is Deleted

• Your profile information (name, email, avatar, preferences)
• Your signal group memberships and any groups you own

What Data Is Retained

Records not covered above — such as your transaction, deposit, withdrawal, and trading history — are retained after account deletion. If you have questions about a specific type of data, please contact us via the in-app Support page before requesting deletion.
